寶寶自出世起，我便進行母乳餵哺，到他7個月大時，因為我要上班的關係，我的母乳不太足夠，迫使我轉用配方奶粉。作為一個新媽媽，我選擇了一些大品牌的配方奶粉，認為大品牌必然是最好。後來慢慢發現寶寶每隔2-3日才有1次便便，有時甚至1星期才有1次，而且他每次排便時要花很大氣力，便便的顏色亦變成深綠色。這跟他從前進食母乳時能每天便便的情況完全不同！我就此咨詢過不同醫生，他們都說嬰兒轉食配方奶粉的初期，一般都會有輕微便秘的情況出現。雖然醫生認為沒有問題，但我始終覺得不太理想，我想像到如果我幾天不洗澡，都會覺得不舒適，更何妨寶寶幾天不能便便！於是我開始搜集其他有助消化的配方奶粉資料，終於給我找到了柏美寶有機牛奶配方。我寶寶進食1星期後，已可回復每天便便了，便便的顏色亦變回以前我餵哺母乳時的差不多。多謝柏美寶有機牛奶配方。

“I have been breast feeding since my child was born, but by the time my baby turned 7 months old, I went back to work, and I was not doing so well with supplying enough for my little one. This forced me to turn to formula. As a new mother, I obviously turned to larger and well-known brands around the city, thinking those are the best. But gradually I have noticed that my little one has been skipping his poop almost every 2-3 days, sometimes even up to a week! Bare in mind that when he was being breast fed, he would go to the toilet every day. Not to mention, when he did do his business it was hard and a dark green kind of color. Most doctor says it’s normal, once a child is switched to formula to be slightly constipated.

This idea clearly didn’t sit well with me. As I would imagine, if I didn’t go to the bathroom for a few days, I would be quite uncomfortable. So I took the next step to searching for another type of formula that was a lot easier on the digestive system. And I came across Premilait. I tried it out, and after a week, My son’s poop was more or less the same color as when he was being breast fed, and he went to the toilet everyday! Since then, I have never looked back!
